The team partners closely with clients and general contractors to design, supply, and install precision-driven environments that meet highly technical performance requirements. Through a fully turnkey approach, our Mechanical team manages material procurement, MEP coordination, and full installation, providing a single point of responsibility from design through completion.
With deep expertise in controlled environments and complex building systems, the Mechanical team delivers solutions that support advanced manufacturing, high-performance operations, and next-generation data infrastructure. The team is especially focused on expanding capabilities in modular data centers and high-efficiency infrastructure systems. Core service capabilities include direct cooling liquid systems, DI water system supply and maintenance, and HVAC equipment supply and maintenance.
Construction of a new 12,894 SF storage building supporting chemical operations and industrial storage requirements. The project also included a tank farm expansion with concrete containment systems, site infrastructure improvements, and integration upgrades to existing facilities.
Eastern supported large-scale clean room and dry room systems as part of Georgia's first EV battery manufacturing facility. Scope included MEP coordination and installation within highly controlled environments across multiple buildings.
